- Copy of your child’s birth certificate
- Copy of your child’s health card (baby clinic card)
- Copy of 3 months of bank statements
- Proof of residence
- Registration fee: USD $50.00
- Copy of the parent’s or guardian’s ID
- 2 passport-size photos of your child
- Copy of your child’s current school report
